This vacation home was designed for clients who have hired us for several projects over the years.  The home was sited to take full advantage of its lake-front location on Lake Ariel, Pa. Its small footprint was necessary in order to comply with local zoning rules and to keep maintenance at a minimum.  The three bedrooms and loft area provide for plenty of space for the family and overnight guests, while the main living area was designed with casual living and entertaining in mind.  The porches and eyebrow dormer provide architectural interest and extend the living area outdoors.
