As a wife and mother herself, Susan understands the inner workings of the home and today's demanding schedules. (Is a home office necessary? How many children might need to use the bathroom at one time? How much laundry is generated? Who does the cooking? Should the plans make provisions for pets?) Susan's homes, alterations, additions, and rooms are designed to meet today's lifestyle. Susan Rochelle develops strong working relationships and maintains open communication with her clients to make sure their needs are fulfilled with a rewarding and creative building experience. Her remodeling projects can be found on the east coast, including NJ and PA.
Located in the rolling hills of Hunterdon County, this estate was completely renovated to create spacious interiors to allow for entertaining on a large scale, while providing for the family's privacy. The exterior was completely re-designed to provide for good proportion and scale. The stone facade is new, but is reminiscent of the historic great estates of yesterday. Each bedroom is fitted with a fireplace, bathroom, and access to the exterior. New amenities include a wine cellar, game room, pub, theatre and pool cabana.
