Historic Renovation

Clinton, NJ

Rather than tearing down this historic building adjacent to the Municipal Building in Clinton, N.J., the town asked me to redesign it in a way that would maintain its historic significance, while allowing for its use as an adjunct building for public use and providing for handicapped access. This project received the Hunterdon County 2007 Planning and Design Award for Rehabilitation and Adapted Use, because the architectural design allowed for it's successful rehabilitation and the maintaining of the quality and integrity of the original building.
