Watercress Farm

Purchased at auction, this once elegant historic stone residence was in a state of neglect.  A complete restoration of the original home, along with Alterations and Additions were designed to be in keeping with architectural nature of the original home.  The new kitchen has state-of-the-art appliances and cabinetry, yet echoes the aesthetic of the original home.  A new bedroom and two bathrooms utilize space above the new kitchen and a covered porch is the perfect spot for afternoon tea.
