This sunroom provides ample space for gathering, reading and TV watching, while providing views to the beautiful yard and pool beyond. Tucked behind the sunroom is a new home-office, handy to the center of the home, yet hidden from view. The sloping grade at the rear of the house allowed us to take full advantage of the space below the sunroom for use as an exercise room, complete with built-in sauna and bath. The roof design is a complex system of ridges and valleys which adds visual interest and a feeling of spaciousness.
Alterations & Additions
Home alterations, additions, remodeling, and other building projects are carefully designed by Susan M. Rochelle, A.I.A. Architect. As a wife and mother herself, Susan understands the inner workings of the home and today's demanding schedules. (Is a home office necessary? How many children might need to use the bathroom at one time? How much laundry is generated? Who does the cooking? Should the plans make provisions for pets?) Susan's homes, alterations, additions, and rooms are designed to meet today's lifestyle. Susan Rochelle develops strong working relationships and maintains open communication with her clients to make sure their needs are fulfilled with a rewarding and creative building experience. Her remodeling projects can be found on the east coast, including NJ and PA.
